I vote to start a bitcoin fund somewhere with bitcoin donations and send 10k tulips to JP Morgan NYC when bitcoin hits 10k.

And then again when bitcoin hits 100k.

Maybe this guy is a super-genius and attempting to spread FUD so he can grab some cheap bitcoin, but I HIGHLY doubt it.
