I held everything, did not move a penny, and it was hard not to touch BTC and buy a pile of stuff in the red I believe in but I also used this period to teach myself some restraint.
It is fine to buy the dips or worse...... but that also means we deplete our BTC reserves and if we believe in BTC - and most of us do ---- it is important to hold onto BTC.
I am not saying it was easy, LOL, I am saying I needed to exercise restraint and teach myself a good habit.
Yes, last 2 days were definitely testing our restraint. I just feel bad for people who got in to crypto in the last few weeks.. im pretty sure they got burned
