My personal annoyance is that these same guys were bearish on blockchain or was it that they were fueling FUD so that they could buy in cheap. They made harsh statements against cryptocurrencies and ICOs terming them scam.

This is Mark Zuckerberg's style. That was how he acquired Whatsapp. These guys are always out to reap maximum benefits so they find a way to make it look unattractive to competition.
