I really like hearing about this telegram ICO as it might be a great opportunity to those of us who area little more crypto immersed - not every one knows or dares to participate in an ICO but many do use exchanges all the same. so those who buy in the ICO would be able to sell in the exchanges as soon as it's listed in a nice profit - I assume the coin will pump a bit for a few days and it's a great revenue opportunity.
