Litecoins Top Volumes still in China despite PBoC intervention and little Slow Down on BTC.
Currently both Bitcoin and Litecoin are trying to get SegWit implementated.
Due to PBoC actions, chinese exchanges had to slow down on BTC volumes due to fees and withdrawal limits.
The same actually applies to Litecoin, yet it didnt change much. China loves LTC The most!
Current top 5 Exchanges trading LTC
Highest Volume with 0fee trading
Sorted by volume even adding places without fees only xBTCe (the margin trading BTC-E version) only takes place which all other spots is still China with normal fees per trade.
Current SegWit Activation at 21,35% on LTC
OKCoIn Futures Trading
Currently spot trades 3.877 at and this friday futures at 3.865 so we can see small dump in price but you will feel it/make money off it only on places with bigger leverage like BitMex ie BitFinex you will feel decrase in few cents.
On the other hand end of March currently targets 3.915.

Oh and your line you are looking at for total SegWit support I believe is wrong. the line you quoted from is only the new support in the previous 24 hour period. I do these updates once a week or so myself so look at the same chart....
... you need to look at the 4th line or so from the bottom on the SegWit chart. You will see what I mean.

I was doing them daily the first week when it started but I realized about the 5th day, not much was gonna happen fast LOL, you laugh but I am new, and I know this now LOL!!!
It is about once a week now. Maybe every 6 days or so. My posts are formatted so all the new people learning and reading and happening on my posts will learn about BTC and LTC overall, as well as the SegWit stuff.
