ICOs and tokens replacing traditional shares?

I want to share with you the speech I held for Swedish industry leaders about the phenomenon of ICOs. Blockchain technology is attracting more and more people from the traditional industries such as finance, law and insurance. These industries will be heavily affected as the blockchain becomes more and more popular.
