Lisk has a new idea rivalling Steemit! ;)
Their idea: “An app on which users come together; post status updates, message each others, and upload pictures.” http://max.lisk.io/russia.pdf
This is my first post and I haven't even introduced myself properly,. Sorry for that but will do it later, enough to tell... However I found this to interesting to let go. I guess more people see the value in decentralized social networks, however no words spend on getting paid for it. Steemit appears far ahead ;)
ps. sorry for the sort of clickbait
I recommend no one click that link. A PDF with russia in the title on a random website?
I'm sorry although LOL; it came from here: https://blog.lisk.io/foundersdevelopers-meetup-a-summary-ddfb3f1b65ca#.mcia0ohle
"Lisk does not suppress others, it creates a bigger market and accelerates demand by making the technologies more accessible." This is kind of misleading. For people wondering, Lisk is basically a platform to develop blockchain apps. These apps will vary in capabilities and purpose, Lisk itself is not a social network or a rival of Steemit, but will facilitate developers to create social networks and other decentralized applications and be distributed on their platform. You can think of it like the google play store on which there are several social applications and apps for everything else.
Very true, I merely found it interesting that this was what Max put on his first slides. Not meant to be misleading.
Perhaps it's featured so prominently because of Steem's surprising success? When is that from?
Blog is from 4 hours ago, presentation apparently from 1st of July. So kind of just before steemit really took off. Good insight from max.
