yeah ! you are right but no one knows who the control and manages Bitcoin and no one know who is the developer of this so it cant be change until he didn't change this .On the other hand we know rest of the coins that which team is behind that coin so we can say their team that improve your this thing and they work on that thing but for Bitcoin it is Impossible.
