How much Do You Earn in One Year if You Put down $100 in Bitconnect and Reinvest your interest Daily ?

Let say you have $100 for investment and you have decided to invest in Bitconnect to earn daily payment.

What will your total investment (Principal + Interests) be at the end of 365 days if you re-invest the interest on daily basis?

I have calculated the average daily rate of interest over the period of 03/12/2016 to 07/23/2017 and it turned out to be 0.71%.

Now suppose that you re-invest every single payment that you receive daily. If we use compounding interest formula our total capital will be $1,322.81 in one year.

However, this is true if we were able to re-invest every penny we earn on a daily basis. But technically we're not allowed to re-invest unless we have at least $10 in our wallet. Therefore, if we take this into account we are able to reinvest our first interest payment after ~14 days.

This 14 days period gets shorter & shorter as we add to the original principal: $100, $110, $120, ... So for the sake of simplifying we assume this 14 days is fixed. As a result we can find ~26 "2-week" period in 365 days. Now we can use the same compounding formula to calculate the final capital under this scenario, which gives us: $1,182.64.

Hence, our final investment at the end of first year will be something between $1,182.64 & $1,322.81.
