Anyone able to convert Steem Token in the US for other crypto — what exchange works? Process ?

Hello…I am trying to find a way to convert my Steem to BTC or other in the US. I don’t see an easy way. Has anyone found an exchange in the US that works with the Steemit Wallet so we can transfer SBD and convert it to other crypto?

Example…we set up Bittrex but there is no way to send to the exchange.
