Looks like the Hard Forks Fashion is coming to Ethereum.
Today I received the news of a new Hard Fork for Ethereum. It really does not surprise me very much, I already saw it coming and what perhaps surprises me is that they have waited so long. The only one known so far was the Ethereum Classic but, well, the reasons for that fork are more than known by all.
This new Hard Fork is called EtherZero and will take place on January 18, 2018.

The details of the Hard Fork are these:
- Fork height: 4936270 block
- Time: Jan 19th 2018 GMT 19:00-21:00
- Allocation: Total supply is about 116 million ETZ
- Each ETH distributes 1 ETZ
- Reserve 20 million ETZ for subsequent development
- Newly increased: about 6 million ETZ per year (about 5% inflation and declining year by year)
According to what they say, Fees will not be charged per transaction, that is, Gas is not needed as in ETH and thousands of transactions per second will be possible, something that can not be done in ETH hehehe.

Looks like a mix between Dash and ETH for what they say but atm I am not so sure .... there is really not so much info about it.

Its a cool name EtherZero. There's a lot of hype at the moment with zero transaction fees (IOTA, Raiblocks) so I can see it doing well... IF the development team is up to the job.
