Crypto currency delima

What would happen if a country like China decided to make a crypto currency and got rid of there fiat currency do you think any of the crypto currencies already established could withstand that? Not to mention what if a group of countries made there own crypto currency and replaced paper currency could any crypto currencies withstand that? I would not think so and all the currencies and ways to use them we have now seem like a prelude or experiment in how or what the elite will need to do to strong arm the crypto currency market! I am new to steemit but I cant see how any of the platforms can or will stand up to any government that wants to do away with fiat paper currency so it can digitally track every single decimal point you spend. That is what the world has become a giant data mining experiment where new companies create ideas or technology then the government or private citizens working for the government buy or take out the companies so they can use the technology or platform or program against the intended benefactor.
