The two Protocols, together with the technology of Ethereum's chain of blocs, will open a new era in the way we currently perceive governance and states.
What is Pangaea?
Pangea is a decentralized network based on a chain of blocks that uses the Pangea Arbitration Token (PAT) as a reward for its users and as a payment asset for network services. The core of Pangea is the multilingual jurisdiction based on smartphone chat, an active version of the network can write smart contracts in any integrated block chain. For their part, Pangea users can join the Decentralized Volunteer Nation Without Borders (DBVN) or create their own. The new development will provide many new network features in Pangea that will allow users to access group or private chat and write intelligent P2P contracts on it, as well as resolve disputes and access DApps governance services.
