Is Adscash a Scam?

Hello steeminans,

What's popping? I need your help. I have heard about this cryptocurrency Adscash for the last few weeks, but yet I haven't invested any money in it because I see a lot of reviews saying that it is a scam.

However, can any verify if this is true? The website keeps saying of all the improvements that they are making and that it will soon be on the market for trading.
