Gold/Silver Ratio.
Good evening all, was feeling sharing something i think is worth noting.
The chart below is the XAU/XAG ratio. In simple terms how many ounces of silver you can get for one ounce of gold. As you can see we are currently at an ATH of this ratio. Take note of the RSI everytime it goes into overbought conditions it takes a tumble back down, we are just about to pass into overbought conditions once again.
What does this all mean? Well it means that i see a rise in the price of silver on the horizon. I am personally invested far more into silver than gold due to this ratio and other reasons which are too long to explain in this quick late night post.
Do you agree with me that silver is an undervalued asset and the ratio to gold will minimise? or do you believe silver has had its time?
