What actually happens if you buy into an ICO from a restricted country like the US
I posted this on reddit earlier today trying to see what others had to say about ICOs in the US. What most had to say along with more researching on my part was that this is the exact need for decentralization seeing governments place too many rules and regulations on it citizens.
