Thanks for that deep insight into the Petro. This topic is quite complex. I have to admit that I hoped that issuing this crypto money would at the end somehow benefit the people of Venezuela. Apparently it was an illusion.
It all depends on how the government manages the money, that until now there is no guarantee that it will do well. If he invests it well, good things can come for Venezuela, if he does it badly, or if the corrupt ones steal it, everything will go wrong.
