It's all about learning the ropes. At the end of the day we're dealing with people who are all individuals. My job is to understand that and move accordingly. Avoiding the nonsense at this stage is better than confronting it you know? I will continue to play my position, make my blogs and obey the "unwritten rules". lol. As long as I can produce my content and it's viewed without having to worry about that issue then mission accomplished.
