1- New South Korean exchange Cashierest, said it suffered an internal system error which affected withdrawals. The exchange claimed that users were able to withdraw five times the number of coins they requested. It is asking for the coins back, and will seek civil liabilities and damages from users who do not voluntarily return the coins.

5 - Raul Lambino, The chief of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) revealed that a collection of blockchain and cryptocurrency companies might soon set up shop in Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Freeport located in the Philippines. They are about to license ten platforms for cryptocurrency exchange.
