1- CRYPTOCURRENCIES do not pose a risk to world economics, Bank of England Governor Mark Carney has insisted in a letter to members of the G20. Mr. Carney, who is chair of the Financial Stability Board (FSB), resisted calls from some G20 members to regulate cryptocurrencies like bitcoin.
2 - Mastercard is open to the use of cryptocurrency, but there is a major catch that the buying of cryptocurrency as a cash advance instead of a purchase.
3 - After fielding more unanswerable questions than they can answer, the ATO has published a new set of guidelines for cryptocurrency holdings in self-managed super funds (SMSFs).
