What if zcash is the next big buy?
Hey steemers, (opinion piece)
Check out this new story on coindesk posted below. I am no fan of JP Morgan, but I am interested in privacy technologies like dash and zcash. Apparently Zcash and Quorum are teaming up. Zcash has plateaued in the past month from an all time high and I think they are due for some Dash growth. Thinking to buy some this week. Do you all think this is the right time to get in this tech?

Definitely for zCash yes. Even with Monero looking to implement zk-snarks, zCash will likely implement starks before Monero implement snarks.
Technologically they are one step ahead at the moment that's for sure.
I think so too. Going to buy now and sell at $399. Maybe it will get there by the end of Oct.
Yeh $399 doesn't seem that unrealistic in the near-term. Planning to hold out til $460 myself :)
i think that for the long term (more than 5 years) bitcoin will be the most profitable.
all those alts cannot compete the bitcoin.
Why do you think BTC is a long term hold? I think the technology is a solid short term hold, but outdated in respects to its functionality, slow, and vulnerable.
