Why is NANO different from other cryptocurrencies?

Nano (formerly known as Raiblocks) gave away their tokens through free faucets, which is why the country with the most Nano nodes in the world is Colombia.

The strength of NANO is that it uses a technology different from the vast majority of coins that we know, it does not use blockchain, but it is a DAG (or block latice) to the same as IOTA or Byteball. Each NANO wallet has its own blockchain and two blocks are created each time we make a transaction (one when sending and another when receiving NANO). This allows the transaction to be instantaneous, there is no validation of miners, because there is no network.

The security of the transaction is given by the POW generated by the sender, this is done by your own device. When you generate the POW yourself, the transaction is free, there are no fees for anyone. I've tried it and it's amazing how fast it goes.

They have released a new mobile wallet that is amazing, super easy to use and very beautiful, sending Nano with it is also completely free and instant!

You can get it at BINANCE - KUCOIN - HITBTC , they recently renewed the Nano - an instant, zero - fee, scalable currency website, where there is a very entertaining video explaining the currency more thoroughly.
