Everyday There Seems To Be A New ICO Being Launched
Everyday there seems to be a new ICO being launched, a lot of these are for things that you really don’t seem to need. So I decided to take a look at what was available and what has a real use case. So after trawling the internet for what seems like days I have come across an ICO called Aworker.
What is Aworker?
By connecting blockchain technology to the real world, Aworker is providing a decentralized reputation network for businesses and people. By using their protocol it makes it easy to manage and create applications based entirely on reputation scores and verified data. Users will be in full control of their information which will be held in one place. By doing this they will be able to make the most of their credentials. The Aworker blockchain framework is powered by public blockchain and is customizable for different applications.
Aworker DApp:
Aworker DApp is a recruitment platform that will be powered by the blockchain, this will help companies to select the best employees. It will also help people that are searching for work to find the best job possible for them. By using the Aworker app, this is going to reinvent the process of Human Resources with the use of smart contracts and referrals. By using smart contracts to search for employees this reduces the “cost per hire” by up to 4 times. By being on the blockchain this helps to solve a number of problems falsification of data, I would say that this is actually one of the biggest plusses for Aworker. Employers will know exactly what a potential employee’s qualifications and achievements are. Being able to ad achievements to your credentials is a great feature as you can build you profile not just on what skills you have but what personal achievements you have accomplished showing possible employers what you are like as a person .
AWorker Token:
Aworkers token is called Work, there will be 4,800,000,000 work tokens in total, and this is a utility token that has been designed to maintain and support the Aworker platform. Work tokens will also be a fungible tool for participants who use the application to allow them to buy/sell Work tokens on the platform.If you want to purchase Work tokens you can do so with a minimum purchase at the moment of 0.14ETH. If you would like to purchase Work tokens you can using either BTC or ETH. In the private sale that is on at the moment you will get a 20% discount. The hard cap is set at 24,770 ETH.
Once Aworker is launched, when an employee takes a work position they will receive Aworkers Cryptocurrency WORK tokens. Also if an employer contacts a possible employer because that person has the particular skills that the employer is looking for, the potential employee can set an amount of tokens for being head hunted. All of your data will be kept safe and not given out to 3rd parties, which is another problem with mainstream recruitment agencies. As Aworker is built on the blockchain and its user’s portfolio and data is protected, it will only be given to an employer with the users consent. This will enable a unified verification system that will allow companies to get access to the proven information. They regularly present live (AMAs) Ask Me Anything where they have a live stream where investors and potential investors alike can ask any question about the Aworker project to which they are very obliging and answer all questions. Summary
In summary to my Aworker ICO review, I would say that Aworker is a very interesting project. I think the developers have seen an area in society that could be improved, with over 85% of the population hating their jobs I think they have seen an opportunity to make a solution to for this and help people get the job they deserve. They have a vast portfolio of jobs that is growing every day, there are job opportunities around the world including Asia, Russia, Europe and the US. They are also looking at creating a department to help it users with Visas or any other formalities they may need to work in another Country. Aworker is expanding everyday going from strength to strength, I think that this project will get rid of all the present day problems with recruitment and third parties, also a lot of main stream recruitment agencies charge extortionate rates with the employer often only receive 50% of the salary, Aworker’s protocol will change all of this. I personally think that Aworker would be a great investment as it is for a good cause and I think it is a solution for a vast problem that is long overdue in fixing, I think it has a determined team with a vision to make a change and personally I can’t see how this will not be a good game changer.
