Community Manager's Role description
The Community Manager is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future Rise.Vision users. That passion comes through as he/she engages with RISE.Vision users on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning novices into loyal community members.
Maintains integrity and confidentiality of privileged information and only release with management consent follows Best Practices in the social media space.
Community leadership and participation (both online and offline) are integral to a Community Manager’s success. An essential component is communicating the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way what will attract today’s modern, hyper-connected crypto users.
Become an advocate for the company in the social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate and be instrumental in managing the social media content-related assets. Slack/Reddit/Twitter/Facebook/BitcoinTalk etc etc
Community management duties include:
• Brand Development - Always put RISE.VISION interest first
• User/Audience Growth – Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
• User/Audience Profile – identify potential candidates for growing the community
• User/Audience Engagement – Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
• Grow Content Reach – promote Rise.Vision Content to more users
• Engagement by topic type (Support/Translation/Tech-advise etc etc )
• Follow up on questions that could not be answered initially.
• Response Rate and Quality - cover 24/7 over global time zones
• Manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
• Manage and monitor Negative Feedback – Admin Privileges for SLACK
• Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
• Measure the impact of social media campaigns. Analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
• Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
• Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
• Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues, and banning/deleting post and users if required.
Competency will be reviewed no less than every 30 days. This position is a paid position and community managers will be compensated for their time and commitment. Approx. 40 hours per week

Node.js Developer
Job Description
We are looking for a Node.js Developer preferably with blockchain experience that will be responsible of developing and maintaining current and new RISE products and services.
Responsibilities
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performing applications
- Implementation of security and data protection
- Integration of data storage solutions such as PostGres and Redis
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript. TypeScript knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of Node.js, Npm and generally the node.js ecosystem.
- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
- Knowledge of Blockchain tecnologies
- Basic knowledge of how public/private key signing works
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
- Understanding the nature of writing tests
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
