i hv approx 3000usd i want to get some btc for buying other cc. and what you think should purchase btc or wait for bitcoin drop further ?
At this point it is hard to tell as segwit is now activated.
I'd advise you to buy bitcoins and exchange for litecoin, NEO, NEM, Qtum or Omisego.
