I surely said No.... there is draft regarding this crypto issue will be placed in july month. The people of higher authorities & cases pending in court will get guidelines from this draft. That means RBI & other authorities are quite serious about this Blockchain technology... I think they will take a decision which will be useful for crypto lovers in india, RBI, Taxation, Banks...
