Best ways to power UP! get more steem!
I see lots of people powering up through blocktrades a place your going to pay a significant premium. You can't trust Polo with steem, Bittrex is what I have found to be the best option. Here are orders I priced at the same time.

That's 80 more STEEM off 1BTC through Bittrex over Blocktrades!
With SBD I've found it better to sell on Bittrex as well. If you want to power up with your SBD it might make sense to power up through your steem wallet when SBD dips below $1 (you will still get credit for $1 of steem)
