Advertisers lose money on every attracted buyer because of the traditional approach to advertising purchases. In most cases, advertisers are forced to incur excessively high costs to attract buyers for three reasons: high commissions, risk of fraud, inefficient targeting.

Ubex is a global decentralized advertising exchange where companies advertise effectively, while publishers profitably tokenize ad slots on their resources.
Mission Ubex is create a global advertising ecosystem with a high level of mutual trust and maximum efficiency, including automate the interaction of advertisers’ offers and publishers’ websites, significantly reduce commissions by removing the middlemen, create an opportunity for publishers to tokenize ad slots, develop a multi-layered system of platform participant reputation rating.
Connection to the Ubex system takes place in four simple steps: register an advertising slot, adjust advertising topic restrictions, specify geolocation, audience interests and social parameters, set restrictions on widgets and advertisers.
The Ubex platform will provide ample opportunities not only to publishers and advertisers, but also to companies that need regression analysis of user data. The system’s neural core, which is responsible for making decisions at all stages of the life cycle of the advertising material, will have an API, access to which can be provided to partner companies. The behavioral decision-making blockchain allows one to evaluate user data and make a judgment about the perceived interests of the user.The API will provide an opportunity to retrieve a list of expected categories with an estimate for each based on a query with user data.
How it works: The system’s Neural Core and its interaction with the blockchain.
The system core named Advanced Decentralized Advertising Marketing (ADAM) is responsible for making the decision to display advertising materials. This decision is based on the data stored in the blockchain as well as on the model data of the neural network stored internally. The main features of the system can be explained on the life cycle of a widget that promotes a car insurance service – from the advertiser’s, the publisher’s and the user’s perspective respectively.
Advertising campaign management are detailed reports with data filtering, export and import of data, detailed campaign statistics charts, transparent transaction control through blockchain. New campaign creation are ability to set end goals, basic audience targeting for ad displays, ad format selection, ability to configure ad settings. Advertisers are required to pass the KYC process for account verification are provide information about the advertiser's company, upload supporting documents. After the approval it would be possible to kick-off marketing campaigns and configure ads. The functions included in the publishers' application are Data Mining, Ad Space Tokenization, Join the Ubex Network. The Publishers' Section is currently under development and its Alpha version will be available on August, 2018, as per the project Roadmap.

UBEX is a payment token, that is used as a medium of exchange between advertisers and publishers within the UBEX system. It can be purchased at the token sale at https://tokensale.ubex.com , which starts on May 21, 2018. The base price of 1 UBEX is 0.00001 ETH. Early participants of the Token Sale are eligible to receive a bonus of up to 20%. Purchase methods accepted are BTC ETH LTC.Hard cap is 24,000 ETH. Soft cap is 4,000 ETH. Roadmap:
In 2016 was created of a Ubex advertising platform for promoting Payday Loans. In 2017 was developed of Ubex integration tools to link marketing campaigns with publishers’ websites and was introduction of an API interface for use by publishers to register advertising space. In 2018 was introduced of advertiser auctions on the Ubex platform that will regulate the placement of ads based on an auction system for maximizing display efficiency; was developed of the exchange smart contract prototype for the storage of basic information; was launched of the desktop and mobile Alpha versions of the Ubex Advertiser application. In 2018 will be launched of the desktop and mobile Alpha versions of the Ubex Publisher application, will be developmed of the Ubex system’s neural core prototype and initial training of the neural networks, will be introduced of the Ubex API prototype for sharing training data in exchange for rewards (data mining). In 2019 will be launched of the Beta versions of Ubex Advertiser and Publisher applications and will be released of the initial versions of Ubex operational applications and smart contracts.
Team:
The team includes 23 people, which of them 2 co-founders. Artem Chestnov is Ubex CEO and Сo-founder.He graduated from INSEAD MBA in France and Singapore and spent most of his career in the Netherlands and Belgium as head of marketing and innovations for a major consumer goods company (sales volume of 56 bln USD in 2017, budget under personal management 40m USD). Participated in various topmanagement roles in a number of Tech and Blockchain projects, including LAToken, Reborn and Medviser. Daniel Biesuz is Ubex Head of Legal and Co-founder. He has built his career in the legal space, helping the M&A process of companies in Switzerland. He was consulting companies in the blockchain and ICO space, and after meeting with Artem, he decided to contribute time and money into idea of AI-based dvertisement. His experience with previous projects, like Global Blockchain Technology Fonds, Lapo Blockchain and InsurePal and helped kick-start the legal and contribution block.

Sergiu Draganus is a serial entrepreneur and IT specialist with over 18 years of experience.
