Agrello seeks to fill a gap that the ordinary smart contract lacks, and that is legality. These contracts have no legal repercussions if not followed outside of what runs off code. By making contracts legal binding, the cryptocurrency world is one step closer to full implementation on the internet while giving companies/individuals the ability to see a contract be carried out full within legal bounds. Legal contracts are a basic necessity in business and if a contract has no consequence if broken, why abide by it? Agrello plans on using smart AI, self aware contracts (SACs), electronic signatures, real world identity verification along with self made algorithms. Once a contract is agreed upon their will be a “printable” version that can be used in court. This technology has the potential to be used for almost every business transactions whether it be a loan or leasing a warehouse now that bank has the ability to loan over blockchain with 100% confidence the money will be used right and will be payed back. With legally binding, non hack-able, publicly logged, decentralized transactions businesses can operate with much more ease and assurance.
