Bitcoin payments in the Baltics gaining popularity

The popularity of cryptocurrencies is on the rise in the Baltic states as there no comprehensive regulations there yet.    

People are being able to make crypto payment easily for purchase or service in different sectors that, among others, include real estate, online trade, the hospitality industry, and even healthcare.   

The acceptance of cryptocurrencies in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia is increasing fast. Buying a cup of coffee with bitcoin in these countries has become a normal matter in recent time.    

Anyone can get service in cafes, bars, restaurants, hotels, souvenir shops by making crypto payment.    

An orthopedic clinic has also started accepting cryptos recently, according to local media, indicating that the Baltic Tigers of the EU are going to be the “Bitcoin Tigers” of Europe very soon.
