for now as I know cryptopia nz
yobit announced they will support CLO, but they are famous for taking their time with airdrops and such. im sending my coins to cryptopia even though they havent even announced their support for the new coin.
Would stay away from this exchange. I've still no deposit balance since sending some ETH to Cryptopia in January 2018
