Total brutal. I went through same thing in 2014-2015. Back then even more volatile than now. At least markets now are more mature and liquid but still very irrational. Just when it seems like it's over that's will be the bottom and reversal will take place. Seems like markets are very near capitulation now. Probably a spike low then reversal. Volatility and volumes decreasing which means greedy speculators that we saw come in late last year are nearly out of market now and bankrupt.
