Dash Instant Send is 2-3 sec. The same as Steemit in speed. I believe a Dash instant send transaction is 10 cents after their recent upgrade and Dash regular payment transaction fee is 1 penny. Obviously, they are focused on very different use cases. By next year anything that cost more than a .10 cents and not confirmed almost instantly will be unacceptable for most use cases. Glad Steem blockchain can handle mass adoption now and not "its coming in 18 months" since 2015. Steem actually works.
Were Steem on that chart it'd be crushing all those coins on everything but privacy.
