Giga-Watt mining-Buyer beware
If you are going to get into mining then stay clear of this company, Giga-Watt. They are unethical and customer service is non existent. I purchased 5 D3 miners from Gigawatt SG in Singapore and sent them 2.9 BTC and they will not credit my account. When submitting payment you can use either the QR code or copy and paste "the sent to" address to pay for the miners. I choose the copy and paste option because I was using a Nano Ledger and you can't use the QR code with the Nano. The problem is that the QR code and the "send to" address listed on the website are different. I found this out because I was not credited for the purchase. They have a glitch in their system and are not owning up to their mistake. In other words the QR code and the Send to do not match, only the QR code was the correct address. I took pictures of the order page, my nano with the address to "send to" and I took a screen shot of the receipt from there gigawatt website. All show the same "send to" address. There is no number to call and customer service is awful for they will not even return my emails. I also contacted their sister company in Washington state and they are just as bad, no response. Buyer beware .
