The price is kept artificially low so that big corporations can enter on low levels when they are ready to make the move!

I share your opinion here, the way the market behaves doesn't seem to be completely natural.
But i can't agree on the facebook, google and...etc pp banning ads thingy. Just read about a MIT research, which stated that a high number of ICOs are just scummy scams. I don't say this is the real reason, but there might be some reputation issues playing a role in this act of banning.
