Today I would like to draw your attention to latest news about Bitconnect. As far as we know it was a big ponzi scheme. I can say that one of the biggest in cryptocurrency world. Many people have been cheated and lost thousands of dolars.

Last time I was wondering how many possibilites people had with their bitconnect coins after the day when Bitconnect stopped their lending platform. Check it here. I thought that waiting and remaining calm was best idea for a short time. It was obvious that Bitconnect directors stole whole money and people started to sue Bitconnect for money fraud. I was wondering if it is possible to win a trial with bitconnect. There were no information about adress od their headquarters, names, people involved in this project. Since then all you tube movies were deleted from top promoters channels. My friend said that it is impossible. Whole system was perfect and well organized for making people think that they will be rich within a year. So what happened then?
Few weeks later I checked on Justia website for information related with bitconnect and some law proceedings. Heres what I found:

It is a real proof that people fight for their money with bitconnect. I know that many of you would say that it is people 's fault to put money in scam when they knew risk. I would say every inwestor should know rules and risk but the risk includes money loss only for market operations not for money fraud and steal in the system of ponzi scheme - which is considered as a crime. On the other hand everyone has its right to take an action in court.
Moreover, people start to sue top bitconnect promotors who probably knew what will happen with bitconnect and money. On Youtube there are many movies inwhich people tracked promotors like Trevon James or Glen Arcaro. They brang thousands of clients to the bitconnect presenting then fake information about earnings. For the first time I saw that there is a chance to give people their money back. That is whhy im shareing it with you!
I believe that there is a chance to fight with bitconnect because of:
Proof 1: Wole youtube data is secured on the You Tube servers so every single movie with top bitconnect promotor is not deleted as they may think.
Proof 2: ponzi scheme and money fraud is considered as a crime,
Proof 3: there are 3 legal proceedings agains bitconnect,
Proof 4: If top promotors will be charged for their cheats, (burden od proof lies on the prosecution) then people will know what happened with money - in other words they will have to prove that they did not partcipate in money fraud in bitconnect.

Taking all into account
We all create one joint community and we should inform each other about chances and possibilities and warn each other before scams like bitconnect. It is important to share knowledge and to discuss the problems.
