A New Bitcoin in Its Beginnings, Perhaps? Virtual Reality Discussion
Hello Stemmit community. A few friends of mine see a great potential in virtual reality coins. They are encouraged to make an invetment into some mainly by the movie Ready Player One. Even though it is considered to be sci-fi, there are some cutting-edge technologies under development or already for sale.
I have no doubt about the progress of our science. We will have these things soon. But the question is: may the movie's premiere cause a growth of any currency competing for becoming used in virtual worlds? And if so, which currency will happen to play the role? Could all of them grow?

There are three major competitors we are aware of (links lead to coinmarketcap.com):
- VIBE
- Decentraland (MANA)
- Voxels (VOX)
- Another can be created if a giant company starts to push the idea harder
I would personally think of VIBE as being the most promising. The other seem to be a bit strange to me. But I think even VIBE might not be sufficient to power any more ambitious project and another currency will get created or there will be different systems in use.
What are your opinions? Do they have a potential? Short time growth would also make some money. So may anyone more experienced with and educated about blockchain make a judgement about this?
