Health Care Clinic Uses Blockchain to Transform Medical Treatments For Seriously Ill Patients

An established healthcare company, TrustedHealth, is launching a blockchain based ecosystem designed primarily to empower patients suffering from life-threatening diseases.

The platform is allowing patients to receive speedy consultations from a vast variety of doctors who specialize in treating their particular condition, even if it’s from the other side of the world. The healthcare company states that the blockchain technology will dramatically improve how sensitive patients data stored to enable these healthcare providers to exchange information quickly.

The company is also making it easier to obtain second opinions from other doctors, which in a recent poll revealed that 88% of patients who utilize a second doctor’s diagnosis with regard to their treatment, resulted in a completely new diagnosis.
