Our choice to run a private ICO emanated from the fact that most private sales have turned out very successful in terms of price stability. We traced this to the fact that real time investors take part in private sales and they often hold off during price fluctuations and bear market.

So therefore, our sales will be privately done on a cryptocurrency exchange. If we should decide to do otherwise, we will have to partner with an exchange to list ECR as soon as ICO is over. And we shall not fail to make public announcements through our social channels about it. Potential investors who whitelist will be sent mail about location and starting time of our private sale.

Private Sale details:A total of 332,500,000 ECR will be sold. 280,000,000 ECR will be allocated to Private investors while 52,500,000 will be allocated to public sales.The private ICO will sell at discount of 30% ($0.007).If the private sale supply is entirely purchased within the period for which the private sale will take place, we will give the private buyers opportunity to buy out the whole ICO allocation. This move is to try and curtail the negative sides of public ICOs.If the private ICO supply us not completely bought, it will be added to the public sale supply and sold at $0.01.
