Nice post, but don't you fear that EOS is a little scammy , given the fact that it's located on the Cayman isles, has unclear legalitys and seemingly hords ether.

They also say that the token they are selling has no purpose and does not grant any rights of any kind. People are assuming they will get something later in return for these tokens but EOS itself is not promising that.

Yes that is a valid point, however It is a risk that i am at this stage willing to take cos probably even if it is a scam, will still go up more than today's price. I would say invest small % of your crypto portfolio in EOS (in exchange not via ICO) and wait for a pump, or set up your target price if you don't feel comfortable with a long tern investment.

Well most of the bookmakers industry is also located there, I would even consider it an advantage. American laws and measures taken from US administration are something I am more afraid of than just an offshore located company. Probably in some time all major exchanges like Kraken, Polo ETC will have to migrate there. But I agree at this stage EOS is risky but imo not a scam.
