hi @getdfs, I have seen this pattern for quite a few coins when they are first listed/being added on bittrex. It always start with 1 BTC where i believe no transactions will happen ( more like maintenance of a wallet ). At this point other exchanges disables the withdrawals (like what poloniex did for SC yesterday). This can be due to "accidental withdrawals", there would be problems transferring coins to a wallet which is not available for trading.
The Price will be corrected to the market price and made in sync with rest of the exchanges which will enable the withdrawals from other exchanges .
