The truth is nobody knows what is going to happen, gurus are seldom right, the fact someone predicted something was going to happen and it did is just coincidence, the person this time might be wrong, I'd give him a 50/50 chance perhaps we have luck and it turns around and goes sky high or on the other hand it completely flops, both scenarios are plausible, now should you invest? That is the tough question, my idea is if you feel optimistic and do have some money for investing just do it, but don't go all in, just invest what you think won't hurt so much if you lose.
