Guys, i'm from Russia and we definitely not legalize bitcoin in near future. Our politicians talk only about blockchain as a technology, not bitcoin at all. Today it's sounds hilarious, i think the probability less than 1% in next 3 years. Anyway i will appreciate decision like this.
