Good News: Successful Distribution!
The Manna team is pleased to announce that the first distribution of Manna Universal Basic Income on Mannabase.com was a success!
- 11,490 people received UBI (Universal Basic Income)
- 3,938 people received referral bonuses
- UBI distributed on March 1: 335,989.074810 manna
- Bonuses distributed on March 1: 252,430.437846 manna
- Value of manna distributed on March 1: About $10,000, according to the market price of Manna at the time of distribution.
Evidence of the distribution can be found in these blocks of the Manna blockchain: block 1021534, block 1021550, block 1021560, block 1021569, and block 1021572.
The next weekly distribution is scheduled for Thursday, March 8. If you signed up for Manna UBI but were not included in last week's distribution, we ask you to please be patient as we go through a manual review process. Some applications could not be processed automatically or were flagged by our fraud detection algorithms as needing additional review. Our support team will contact you if we need further information to process your application, which will typically take 1 to 2 weeks.
Mannabase Goes Viral – Incredible Growth Rate!
We are also excited to announce how fast we're growing. This has been mostly organic growth, since we have not yet marketed our project in any systematic way.
- 80,000 people have signed up for our email list.
- 60,000 people have registered a user account on Mannabase.
- 20,000 people are approved for this week's basic income distribution.
- We are averaging over 2,000 new signups per day!

Web-Based Wallets and Mac Wallet
Coming Soon: Send/receive functionality for Mannabase wallets. User wallets on our website are connected to the blockchain, but users cannot yet use them to send manna. We're in the middle of testing the wallets to make sure everything works, and developing the user interface to make it user-friendly, before we roll it out on the website.
We're looking for a Mac developer experienced in building cryptocurrency wallets and apps for Macintosh computers, to help us finish debugging our Mac QT desktop wallet software to ensure that it can be run on various versions of the MacOS. Mannabase, Inc. is pleased to announce that we have raised over $60,000 from private investments by more than 20 people so far. New capital is flooding into the project at rates we've never seen before. Mannabase, Inc. was founded in January of this year, and is continuing to raise capital from qualified investors. The company is responsible for building and maintaining Mannabase.com and related technology development.
