The issue you are talking about wasn't VISA fault.
WaveCrest is the third party connecting VISA to the different cards, and was the entity that suspend their activity.
FuzeX is much more than a cryptocurrency expandable card, and to answer your question, they didn't announce yet how that part of the card will work yet.
