Just a thought ... I wonder if the entire purpose of BitConnect is to phish for passwords. Perhaps CG and Tray used the same password for both accounts (Exodus+BitConnect) and it was the ppl behind BitConnect that stole it .... /conspiracy
from what i know trey didnt/doesnt even have 2FA on his bitconnect account lmao.
Tbh i don't think bitconnect expected to still be around when they started. CG and TJ pumped it like a mofo back in may/june and i think that extended its life well beyond what they thought.
Was also around that time the Tether trouble started with wells fargo no longer backing bitfinex.
Fun to watch as an observer :)
