Everybody loves freebies and Loyalty programs is one way customers are been rewarded for their loyalty to the company. Many shoppers own at least one loyalty card to try and compensate themselves for the large amount they spend on a particular brand or store. Personally , I would prefer driving to a grocery store about an 30 minutes walk from my house than just take a stroll to the store on the next block. The grocery store far from offers better value than the store closer to me. I love taking beer and the store far away offers me a free souvenirs for buying a particular number of beers but the store closer to my apartment do not offer incentives for for customers that buy beer. This program sounds enticing and nice but considering the amount I spend on has to drive down to the store, it equals whatever souvenir I get from the store. I might sound like someone who enjoys freebies alot but who doesn't like cheap thrills by the way? I carefully ask about loyalty programs whenever I buy from a store in bulk and I have so many loyalty cards and it has made my wallet do heavy and I cannot account for them all. Surveys have shown that more than 80% of are actively looking to engage in loyalty schemes and only less than 20% do not partake in loyalty programs.Companies organise loyalty programs to keep existing customers and also as appreciation for buying their products because apart from good service, another criteria that draws customers attention is free promotions and giveaway.
I said to myself one time, "If only I had an app that can handle my loyalty programs for me and I do not have to carry a heavy wallet anymore and know which card still has value and that is where QIIBEE steps in.
