I don´t see the use of this concept. Putting 100 000$ in a container, just so it´s mobile. No one on site to solve problems with hardware. They said on bitcointalk, they want to educate local people for maintenance. I do not see any good come out of this project. Now with the ICO has started and they send email about a rich investor family from Hong Kong that invested millions. All sounds very fishy.
