Keeping calm and not becoming polorised between BCH and BTC

I don't sleep well normally and the whole BCH and BTC thing hasn't helped. Ive spent a few hours trying to understanding the organisations behind each coin which hasn't helped my insomnia either. Neither seem squeaky clean and both have their own agenda.

Up until this weekend I felt like I had a sound investment plan and now I have let the BCH and BTC FUD get to me.

I'm keen to not get polarised and this guy's video really helped me stay calm and more positive about the situation
