The Most Promising Altruistic Crypto Coin

I think one of the more practical utilization of the blockchain with regards to cryptocurrency is a coin that focuses on charity. I have been dissuaded by the reports of the actual amount of a dollar (or whatever the fiat that you use) that actually goes to the cause that it is intended for and the stories of the lavish salaries of the CEO's and execs of these companies. I am wondering what some of the better coins out there for this use are. I have hear of Aidcoin but was wondering if others can point to what their research has found.
